Tytan Power Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized Service Writer to join our team. We’re a busy diesel shop working on everything from pickups to heavy equipment—if it burns diesel, we fix it.
What you’ll be doing:- Greeting customers and opening work orders
- Communicating repair needs between technicians and customers
- Scheduling jobs and managing workflow in the shop
- Keeping customers updated on job status and timelines
- Handling invoicing and closing out work orders
What we’re looking for:- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge (diesel or heavy equipment is a big asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience as a service writer or in a similar role preferred
What we offer:Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
