The Service Advisor will perform some or all of the following duties

• Promptly meet and greet customers arriving for service appointments in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls and inquires related to customers vehicle needs.
• Generate estimates and work orders for vehicle repairs.
• Consult with automotive technicians regarding recommended repairs and communicate repair options to customers.
• Order part as needed.
• Complete and close work orders.
• Communicate with customers about ongoing service promotions
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Dependable, loyal and trustworthy
• Experience in the industry is not necessary, however considered an asset.
• Basic understanding and ability to operate a computer
• Must be able to work in a high pressure environment and must be able to present yourself in a positive, professional manner to colleagues and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
