Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Singing Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will inspire students of various ages and skill levels to develop their vocal talents, build confidence, and enjoy the art of singing. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a love for music while supporting students’ overall growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective singing lessons tailored to individual student needs and skill levels
• Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery
• Adapt teaching strategies for students with special needs or disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation
• Manage classroom environments to foster positive behavior, focus, and active participation
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, or auditions by guiding practice sessions and providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school-wide music initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching singing or vocal performance, preferably within a school setting or private lessons
• Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and childhood development principles
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing preparation in music education
• Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Knowledge of learning technology tools such as LMS platforms and digital audio equipment is a plus
• Prior experience in private schools or Montessori settings is advantageous
