Bridge Facility Services is hiring a Building Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties across Vancouver and Burnaby.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-responsibility environment and can balance technical work with strong communication and organization.
Position Summary- Primary location: Downtown Vancouver
- Additional coverage: South Vancouver & Burnaby
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Travel required between sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Parking available at all sites
What You’ll Be Doing- Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple buildings
- Managing incoming service requests and coordinating responses
- Working directly with tenants, vendors, and property managers
- Performing general maintenance and system checks
- Tracking tasks, updates, and follow-ups through email systems
- Supporting ongoing building performance and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For- Experience working in commercial or industrial building operations
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC and controls
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and handling high email volume
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize and stay organized across multiple sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
