We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager & Creative Director to join a growing beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand, with exciting product launches coming soon.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both aesthetics AND analytics and knows how to turn content into community, trust, and sales.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Developing and executing a content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Analyzing performance and optimizing high-performing content
- Creating and directing engaging, on-brand content ideas
- Implementing strategies to reach new audiences + grow organically
- Building brand awareness, trust, and community
- Staying on top of trends, platform updates, and new features
- Managing and scheduling content consistently
- Running and optimizing paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
What We’re Looking For:- Strong understanding of beauty/fashion/lifestyle content
- Proven experience with organic growth strategies
- Ability to read analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic + storytelling
- Knowledge of content that speaks to a target audience
- Experience with ads + conversions is a strong asset
- Self-motivated, organized, and up to date with social media trends
Bonus If You:- Have experience working with influencers or personal brands
- Understand content that converts into sales
- Can help shape a brand vision long-term
