Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our growing team - someone who is creative, strategic, and comfortable working directly with both clients and internal teams.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of content and campaigns, helping brands build a strong, authentic presence online.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution- Develop and manage social media strategies tailored to assigned clients
- Plan and create content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
- Manage day-to-day posting and activity on key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions as needed
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive leads and sales
- Track performance and provide monthly reports with actionable insights
Content Creation & Collaboration- Create or guide the creation of engaging content, especially short-form video
- Develop content plans, shot lists, and creative directions
- Work closely with content team members to bring ideas to life
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Marketing Support- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, such as: website copy, email/newsletter content, brand messaging and tone of voice
- Contribute ideas to campaigns across different channels
Client Communication & Project Management- Work directly with clients to understand their goals, audience, and brand voice
- Lead creative discussions and content planning sessions
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance expectations
What You Bring- A degree in marketing, business management, communications, psychology, or related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or freelance experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of content trends, especially short-form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different brands
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects at once
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- A proactive mindset — you’re comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
Bonus Points For- Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or optimization
- Knowledge of e-commerce or performance marketing

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
