Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.
Talent Sourcers partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and use data and market insight to build targeted sourcing strategies. They identify and engage top talent using a variety of tools, acting as brand ambassadors to bring opportunities to life and ensure candidates are qualified, motivated, and ready to progress.
Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll do:
- Use ATS effectively, maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate data and tracking all activity
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide market insight
- Proactively source candidates across multiple channels using innovative search techniques
- Build and leverage strong talent networks to identify and engage high-quality candidates
- Screen, qualify, and engage candidates, promoting opportunities and encouraging applications
- Develop and maintain talent pools using CRM tools, ensuring ongoing candidate engagement
- Collaborate with Client Services to track progress and meet hiring needs
- Keep ATS records updated based on feedback, managing candidate status and pipelines
- Meet agreed service levels and escalate issues where necessary
- Screen applicants to assess suitability and gather key information to support shortlisting
Skills & Requirements2-3 years of experience in candidate sourcing - Ideally looking for candidates with sourcing and recruitment experience in technology talent: software development (Java, Python, C++, Full Stack), artificial intelligence (AI)/generative AI/machine learning
Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidates.
Experience of directly engaging with end-clients.
