ADP is hiring a Sr. Director for International Money Movement (IMM) ORG Enablement
As the Senior Director for International Money Movement (IMM) ORG Enablement, the incumbent will be responsible for the identification, oversight and delivery of key business and technology initiatives that drive the expansion of money movement services, operational efficiency and client experience improvement across the global IMM spectrum. You will be expected to bring a senior level of expertise to quickly understand business problems, design solutions, work with stakeholders across the organization and address key execution-oriented challenges for projects across U.S., Canada, UK, Australia and APAC expansion efforts. This role will also assume responsibility for a dedicated team of senior enablement members including a senior project manager to support large scale international projects and regional product work requests (PWR).
This role requires developing and nurturing organizational relationships, being a highly effective strategic leader, having a clear execution focus and results driven mentality. Subject matter expertise in the areas of payments, future of pay, digital transformation with AI will be a key asset to this role. This position will further manage the relationship between IMM and related GPT technology teams to coordinate and collaborate on key global projects while developing and maintain key unit of work measures and quality standards for success across IMM global teams.
Responsibilities:Reporting into the Vice President GM of IMM function at ADP, the Senior Director IMM ORG enablement will be responsible for the following areas:
- Strategy Development– assist in the development of the IMM Strategy for CX, BPI & Digital with AI, in alignment with the broader ADP Canada, US Money Movement organizations and international community
- Identify New Opportunities - Lead in the creation, definition & documentation of initiatives that drive measurable improvement in client experience, operational expense reduction and competitive parity / new revenue generation
- Review Existing Internal Processes – periodically review processes within the IMM organization for improvement opportunities and map them against other initiatives as part of an ongoing cadence of improvement
- Trend & Market Analysis - conduct analysis on market leading practice in technology and delivery / conduct competitive analysis to further the thought leadership in the payment operations and fin-tech landscape
- Client Experience / Journey Mapping – Identify areas of friction across the client journey, quantify business impact and propose workable solutions to improve the overall experience
- Business Case Development – articulate the identified opportunities in a quantified and measurable way to address business benefit and Return on Investment (ROI) with specific of ‘unit of work’ justification
- Cross-functional Exposure – working with leaders and partners across IMM, USMM & ADP Canada / US to communicate and execute on our defined initiatives
- International Expansion - working with global teams to support IMM expansion efforts that involve coordination across country GPT technology and global business teams with communication at the senior executive level
- ORG enablement – will ensure all aspects of enablement and business readiness have been undertaken with respect to the quality of global initiatives that are to be deployed with tracking of specific milestones, charters and results
Qualifications:10-12+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Transformation, or Technology Strategy, or 10+ years of progressive, non-consulting work experience in relevant operations, business transformation and/or business process improvem
