We’re looking for a Senior Onboarding Consultant to own complex customer onboardings for our cloud platforms. You will be the senior technical point of contact, leading secure environment setup, integrations, and configuration through to go-live. You will combine deep technical expertise in networking, security, Linux, and distributed architectures with strong skills in automation, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers (from contract to go-live).
- Design and validate secure architectures, networking, and integrations for Azure/AWS SaaS environments.
- Configure and validate security controls including mTLS, SSL/TLS, data encryption (e.g. PGP), data signing, and anti-repudiation.
- Work hands-on with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, YAML, and cloud-native services.
- Build and improve automated onboarding workflows using tools like PowerAutomate, Jira, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and cloud automation.
- Integrate and troubleshoot SAML/SSO, REST APIs, and secure data ingestion patterns.
- Manage technical escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolution.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, turning complex topics into simple, actionable guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Significant experience in SaaS onboarding / implementation / technical delivery, ideally in a senior or lead role.
Deep understanding of networking and security practices in cloud/SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with:
- mTLS, SSL/TLS
- Data encryption (e.g. PGP)
- Data signing and anti-repudiation mechanisms
Good understanding of distributed architectures and microservices.
Strong Linux skills (operations, troubleshooting, scripting).
Practical experience with Azure and/or AWS.
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, YAML, and GitHub.
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Proven escalation management and priorities management across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in financial crime / AML / KYC / fraud domains.
- Exposure to AI-powered or automated onboarding / support solutions.
- Cloud or security certifications (Azure, AWS, network/security).
Hybrid/On-site Requirements:This is a hybrid role, with three days in our Toronto office.
Compensation & Benefits:The base salary for this position ranges from CAD 130,000 to CAD 140,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the role and includes eligibility for SymphonyAI’s annual bonus program.
