The OpportunityWe are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our team and help our store thrive. If you love the Hallmark brand, have a passion for people, and have the drive to make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales performance and meet store targets
- Manage day-to-day store operations including scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards that create an inviting and engaging store experience
- Training, and performance management of staff
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For- A genuine passion for the Hallmark brand and what it represents
- 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A motivated self-starter who brings energy and enthusiasm to everything they do
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours
