As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Actively engage on the front lines to support store activities and customer service
- Assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and stock replenishment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
What's Needed?- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
