Jobber’s Business Strategy team is a force multiplier and catalyst for medium to long-term strategic planning & execution. The team serves as a partner and sounding board to the Senior Leadership team and works on critical strategic initiatives and high-impact opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, high-impact group with significant cross-functional exposure.
As an early member of this team, the Strategy & Operations Manager will play an impactful role in translating high-level strategy into more granular detail, identifying key opportunities and challenges, and translating these into key projects and initiatives across functional and cross-functional teams.

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,200, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum salary of $163,600, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
