Customer Service Representative (Full-time in the summer, Part-time later)

Service Ontario office- located in Richmond Hill is seeking outgoing, organized, and professional customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service to customers at the Service Ontario private issuing office (operated by a private company)

• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant Service Ontario services in order to provide adequate services to customers
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues
• Process health card, driver's license and vehicle transactions accurately by following prescribed protocol
• Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately and efficiently process transactions
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate

• Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexibility with your availability is required within this time frame
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service-related role would be an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Ability to foster and maintain working relationships
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities in a busy office environment
• Positive and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer service

$17.60 per hour
