Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Student, Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Technology Delivery team in Ottawa.
The IT Technology Delivery team delivers technology solutions and services that strengthen organizational agility and enable Canadian Blood Services to respond effectively to evolving business needs.
In this role, you will support key IT deliverables for the Canadian Blood Services Network and Collections Transformation initiatives. You will assist with the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of technology solutions that enable plasma and whole blood collection operations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of Technology Delivery projects and programs, gaining hands-on experience with different systems, tools, and stakeholders across the organization.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented role suited for someone who enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reliable support to frontline operations through effective and efficient technology solutions.
