Position OverviewAltec Global Inc offers a range of immigration services to prospective clients, including, but not limited to immigration, studying abroad, permanent residency, visas, visiting relatives, as well as business-related ventures. Altec is seeking a detail-oriented Summer Office Assistant to support our team with administrative, client service, and document management tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a professional office environment, working closely with immigration files and client communications.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain client files (digital and physical)
- Assist with reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support application tracking and general administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients in English and Chinese
- Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and general support
- Support basic social media and marketing activities
Qualifications- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and presentation (business attire required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Interest in administration, client service, or immigration services is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have a valid SIN
