About The Summer Program Coordinator RoleThe incumbent will coordinate the FSCS programs that fall into the Social and Community, and Children, Youth and Mental Health clusters of programs. The incumbent will contribute to curriculum development; lesson planning; assessing student progress and achievement; class management and assessing applications for Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR). The successful candidate will be expected to establish an an effective learning environment and work as a collaborative team member. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to play an active role in student advising, student recruitment, and graduate placement. The candidate will be expected to further develop community partnerships, as well as participate on Humber Polytechnic/Departmental committees and advance college initiatives.
This individual will also contribute to the overall direction of the program, assisting with the promotion and marketing of the program, and developing and maintaining strong industry ties.
