We have an exciting opportunity for a Summer Student to support our Clinical Programs!

- Hours of Work: Day shifts from Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required - subject to change as per Management Rights

- Reporting Relationship: Vice President, Clinical Programs
Position Responsibilities:- Support installation of new re-branded white boards
- Collaborate with clinical teams on install schedule and execute the Go-live plan
- Create validated list of patient education materials that require translation in different languages
- Coordinate meetings with clinical teams to apply the RNAO – cultural competence BPG to patient education materials in collaboration with the program director team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Must be actively enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required.
- Candidates from the North West Toronto community are especially encouraged to apply, preference will be given to local residents.
- Intermediate/proficient computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to multitask competing priorities
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
