You have:- Enrollment in secondary or post-secondary education, with a preference for post-secondary enrollment and returning to studies in the next academic term
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills in order to assist branch with concurrent priorities
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must meet Ontario's minimum working age for the job duties required
What you will do:- Assist with archiving, filing and storage of documents in accordance with date retention policies
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, including scanning and digitization of files
- Assist with data entry and data verification functions, ensuring accuracy in internal databases
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage daily assigned work
- Provide other administrative and clerical support to department staff as required

Summer Student Wage Rates:- Summer Students currently enrolled in secondary school or students working solely on administrative activity: $17.60 per hour
