True Blue Swim School is hiring Kids Swim Instructors! If you love working with children and want a fun, rewarding job, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do- Teach children water survival and swimming skills
- Build confidence and encourage kids in a fun, safe environment
- Assist with pool setup, pack-up, and equipment handling
- Work as part of a supportive, energetic team
Who We’re Looking For- 15 years of age or older
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
- Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable
- Passionate about working with children (experience is a bonus but not required)
- Self-driven with a growth mindset
- Inclusive team player
- Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs (assisting children and handling pool equipment)
- Able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Availability- Flexible scheduling: morning, afternoon, and evening shifts depending on location
- Weekend availability required
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week
