Title: System Administrator / MDM Support Specialist (L2.5)
Duration: 6-12 months
Location Montreal - Hybrid (3 days WFO)
Pay Range: C$58 INC

Role descriptions- 1 Drive shift‐left of advanced MDM tasks and contribute to automation and standardization.
- 2 Act as an escalation buffer between L2 and L3, minimizing dependency on engineering teams.
- 3 Support high‐priority and business‐critical incidents with clear ownership.
- 4 Maintain knowledge articles and SOPs; guide L2 engineers as required
- 5 Stakeholder Management
Must-Have- Provide advanced support for enterprise MDM platforms (Client Intune / MobileIron / Endpoint Manager).
- Resolve complex issues related to device enrollment, compliance, access, policies, and application deployment.
- Manage end‐to‐end device lifecycle activities across iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring MDM issues and implement preventive fixes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good-to-Have- Working knowledge of Azure AD, device identities, and authentication flows impacting mobile access.
- Strong command over ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management within SLA boundaries.
- Support VIP and business critical incidents with strong ownership and communication.
- Command/Scripting Development –Powershell Script, Unix commands.
