Title: Talent Network- Opportunities for First Nations Candidates

Contract: Fixed Term, Permanent, Term or Casual
Hours: Up to 7.5 hours per day (Core hours 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri)
Location: We live, work, and gather on the unceded, ancestral territories of First Nations in British Columbia. Various Locations Across British Columbia - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
Please note, roles based in Vancouver will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.

About youWe are looking for individuals who:
- Identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.
- Reside in British Columbia or are willing to relocate.
- Have experience working with First Nations communities and/or organizations, or who have lived experience.
- Engages respectfully with colleagues, clients, and communities in ways that are culturally safe, trauma informed, inclusive, and free from discrimination
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada.
