Summary Of ResponsibilitiesThe position will lead a team of credit analysts with the day to day operations of that department. The successful candidate will analyze and make determination on approval, conditioning and rejection of retail applications according to company policy and procedure to minimize risk while providing the highest level of service to Yamaha dealerships as well as internal and external staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze, verify and adjudicate credit applications according to company guidelines.
- Investigate and grant credit on applications received from Dealers through the LOS System(Compass) by reviewing customers’ credit history, debt service and program guidelines.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on credit with dealers to ensure an acceptable level of risk on escalated deals.
- Assist with testing and release of new products on all systems.
- Cultivate and preserve strong relationships with dealership personnel while maintaining callback time at or below company objectives.
- Provide exceptional front line support to dealers by professionally answering questions pertaining to credit decisions and current programs.
- Coordinate scheduling and credit queue workflows to ensure proper coverage, processing efficiency and accuracy.
- QA post reviews on calls and deals.
- Assist in the development of credit policies and procedures, documentation and reporting required to ensure maximum efficiencies.
- Advise management of any irregularities or problems pertaining to retail offerings and monitors both consumer and dealer trends for adverse issues.
Experience RequirementsDegree/Diploma: Post-secondary, University preferred

Skills And AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills- Bilingual (French/English) is a must.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiating skills.
Customer Service orientated and solutions-focused with dealers and internal staff.
Able to analyze consumer and commercial credit bureaus.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, resourceful and self-reliant.
Strong leadership and decision making abilities.
Ability to learn and use a multitude of PC applications and programs.
Must be a team player, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and willing to work overtime as required.
Power sport and/or leasing experience would be considered a definite asset.
Expected salary range: $70,000 - $80,000/per annum
Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal
