Come join a great brokerage based in Brockville Ontario as a Technical Service Respresentative to help support a great team.

Purpose:

The TSR will provide excellence in back-end support and processing to the brokers to ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for the broker and the client. You will ensure a first-time right-time approach to ensure all the necessary information is obtained, validated, and recorded in the system and maintained for each risk you touch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with insurance carrier carriers to process and submit change requests ensuring all documentation is complete and systems are updated with all required information.
• Review applications, renewals, and endorsements, validating minimum coverage requirements being that second set of eyes on the policy.
• Assist with pre-renewal preparation, preparing letters, certificates, issuing pink slips, etc.
• Proactively follow up with clients, brokers, and carriers to address missing information or documentation.
• Process client payments and broker payment requests promptly and accurately including sending payment reminder notifications to clients and address any follow-up inquiries.
• Complete invoicing for non-downloaded policies, including trouble shooting any discrepancies.
• Remove MVR information from cancelled auto files as per Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide additional support to the broker team (e.g. letters pink slips, etc.)
• Provide back up reception support to cover off absences, vacations, peak periods, etc.
• Stay informed about carrier offerings, product updates, and procedural changes to provide accurate information and support.

Qualifications:

• RIBO licensed or willing to obtain it is an asset.
• Previous experience working in a brokerage in personal lines is an asset.
• Prior working experience with the BMS is an asset
