Community Clothing Assistance (CCA) is excited to announce summer positions to help students gain hands-on, practical experience in information technology and build confidence in a real-world work environment.

Requirements for Summer Position- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school or post-secondary institution and continuing studies in the fall semester
- Aged 15 – 30
- Available Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Start date: April 21, 2026 to August 30, 2026
Technical Support Representative – Information Technology (Summer Position)Tasks:- Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, and office equipment
- Assist staff with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Help maintain and update computer systems and software installations
- Support the organization’s database systems and internal tools
- Assist with website updates and basic IT-related tasks
- Set up and configure workstations for staff and volunteers
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper organization
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT and management team to support daily technical operations and improve system efficiency.
This experience will provide youth with training, hands-on experience, and entry-level exposure to IT support within a nonprofit organization.
