Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Coordinator to join our Toronto office. In this role, you will primarily handle corporate travel arrangements for our clients, 80% of whom are Japanese, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
Responsibilities:- Arrange and manage corporate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Communicate with clients in Japanese and English to understand their travel needs
- Utilize GDS systems to research and book travel (experience preferred)
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:- Valid work visa for at least 2 year or permanent resident status
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required
- Previous experience in corporate travel coordination is preferred
- GDS knowledge is a plus
