Role OverviewWe’re seeking a versatile creative-technologist to lead Tress Lounge’s digital marketing and IT functions. You’ll enhance our luxury brand online using AI tools while also ensuring our internal technology systems run smoothly and securely.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & AI- AI-Powered Content Creation: Ideate, write, edit, and produce graphics and video using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Lumen5).
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions using AI-driven insights.
- Community Engagement: Respond to online messages, implement AI chatbots, and foster a loyal digital audience.
- Performance Analytics: Track engagement, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns using AI analytics tools.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay current with AI marketing innovations and beauty/lifestyle trends.
Traditional IT Duties- Hardware & Network Support: Maintain office computers, printers, Wi-Fi networks, and peripheral devices.
- System Security & Data Management: Ensure proper backups, software updates, antivirus protection, and data privacy compliance.
- Software Administration: Manage licenses for marketing and productivity software (Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365, booking systems).
- IT Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for employees encountering technical issues with computers, mobile devices, or office systems.
- Website & Platform Maintenance: Assist with website updates, landing pages, booking portals, and integration of third-party services.
- Vendor & Service Coordination: Liaise with external IT vendors for repairs, upgrades, or cloud services as needed.
Qualifications- 2–5 years in social media marketing, content creation, or graphic design.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Premiere.
- Knowledge of IT support fundamentals: networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, security, and system administration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: experience with UI/UX design, AI-assisted photography, or IT project coordination.
Work Environment & Schedule- Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
