Experienced Medical Office Assistant & Client Coordinator
We are urgently seeking experienced Medical Office Assistants and Client Coordinators to join our healthcare team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, medical knowledge, and familiarity with dental and medical office operations. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, coordinating patient services, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Candidates with prior experience in dental or medical offices, proficiency in electronic medical records, and excellent communication skills are highly preferred. Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and coordinate patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying insurance information and updating patient data
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Support clinical staff with basic office duties and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently
- Ensure a clean and organized front office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere
Experience- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Office Assistant is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Demonstrated office experience with front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
- Previous experience working in dental or medical offices is preferred but not required; relevant office experience in healthcare settings will be considered
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
