Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Sienna Senior Living is hiring for a new position at its Shared Support office in Markham, Ontario. This on-site role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Investments, and provides strategic support to the Executive Team and senior leaders.

What you’ll do

• Identify, assess and advance strategic growth, innovation and business improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, scenario analyses and recommendations to support executive decisions.
• Research market trends, customer insights, competition, operational feasibility, risks, policy and regulatory developments.
• Create evaluation frameworks and recommendations for market entry, service innovation and long-term growth.
• Develop implementation roadmaps with accountabilities, resources, milestones, risks and success measures; support pilots and early implementation.
• Support the long-term strategic plan, annual and multi-year planning, and executive and Board presentations.
• Work with an analyst and partner with the CEO, CFO, Executive Team and business leaders on enterprise priorities.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, finance, engineering, public policy, healthcare administration or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operations, corporate development or related executive leadership roles.
• Experience in a leading strategy consulting or equivalent advisory environment, partnering with executive leaders and assessing enterprise growth opportunities.
• Experience in a complex, multi-site organization. Senior living, healthcare, hospitality or other service-sector experience is an asset.
• Strong strategic analysis, business case development, executive communication and presentation skills.
