Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% On-Site)

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a key role supporting daily warehouse operations within our tractor/trucking division, combining leadership, organization, and mechanical know-how.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping/dispatch
• Coordinate logistics with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and audit inventory with a target of 99%+ accuracy
• Support, train, and motivate warehouse staff while assigning daily tasks
• Enforce health & safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements & SOPs
• Work closely with the team on the floor—this is a hands-on leadership role

What You Bring

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience (with 2+ years in a leadership role)
• Strong mechanical background in the trucking industry
• Ability to coordinate tractor maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Experience with WMS systems, inventory tools, and warehouse equipment (forklift)
• A positive, team-first attitude with the ability to lead by example
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is an asset
