Advantages- Location - Pointe Claire
- Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
- Flexible hours, can start between 7am and 8am
- Full medical and dental benefits (after 3 months)
- 2-3 weeks vacation
- Salary $52,000-58,000
Responsibilities- Be the main contact for the customer at the warehouse
- Handle customer requests (receiving, shipping, inventory availability, etc...)
- Plan inbound and outbound transportation and make the necessary arrangements
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory system (products, quantity, location, rotation, cycle counts, system vs. floor)
- Generate relevant performance reports;
- Review manifests, bills of lading and air waybills to determine work procedures for acceptance or release of goods
- Performs data entry for import/export freight shipments
- Informs consignee or representative of shipment arrival dates, customs clearance requirements and shipment weight
- Completes invoicing
- Other duties and support as needed.
Qualifications- Experience in the warehousing, transportation or import/export industries import/export industry;
- Comfortable with computer systems
- Focus on customer service
- Able to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of 3PL Central and Neo an asset.
