Warehouse & Inventory CoordinatorWe are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable with inventory, computer systems, and day-to-day warehouse operations.
The successful candidate should be hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to support different areas of the business, including order preparation, inventory tracking, receiving, shipping, and occasional administrative or social media-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, move, organize, and store warehouse products
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Load and unload products safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with inventory counting, stock rotation, and product tracking
- Update inventory records using computer systems
- Use QuickBooks or similar accounting/inventory software when required
- Work with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking, reporting, and basic data entry
- Help identify damaged, expired, or incorrect inventory
- Support basic social media tasks when needed, such as taking product photos, sharing product updates, or assisting with online promotions
- Follow company procedures for food handling, storage, and warehouse safety
Requirements- Previous warehouse experience required
- Valid driver’s licence and legal ability to drive in Canada
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel required
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to lift, move, and handle warehouse products safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Assets- Inventory management experience
- Experience in the food industry
- One year of insurance history
- Own vehicle
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting/inventory software
- Food warehouse or seafood distribution experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience
- Order picking and packing experience
- Basic photography or social media posting experience
