Job Title: Warehouse Shipper, Receiver- Seasonal Contract

Reports To: Warehouse Manager, Assistant Warehouse Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal Contract, On- Site
Position Summary:The shipper/receiver plays a key role in supporting daily operations of the warehouse and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and supports operations by ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving with accuracy by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining precise inventory control. The shipper/receiver assists with goods processing and ensuring timely shipments and deliveries for local and out of town customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving operational goals and objectives while maintaining a safe and organized work environment and upholding high standards of customer service. This position involves assisting customers with pickups and deliveries while ensuring a positive and professional experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to inventory accuracy are essential in this role.

Responsibilities- Shipping and receiving of goods for timely order processing
- Accurate order fulfillment for local and out of town customers
- Ensure compliance with work safe regulations and adhere to strict safety standards (WHIMS & TDG).
- Monitor stock levels in warehouse and restock as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Receive and sorting of goods, assist with branch transfers when required
- Preparing and organizing warehouse inventory for physical counts and processing
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Support manager to complete miscellaneous tasks depending on business needs
- Ensure warehouse and shipping areas are organized and clean
Qualifications and Requirements:- Ability to lift and move 60lbs regularly and unassisted.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Forklift operator experience and dangerous goods knowledge are considered assets in this role
- Experience and knowledge of the pool and spa industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
