Salary:Base $80,000-$90,000
Commissions/Bonus:- $18,000-$25,000
- Yearly Bonus based on company performance
- Uncapped commissions.
Car allowance:$800/month + fuel card

Functions:- Proactively expand business within assigned regions by pursuing opportunities with mid-sized and large organizations that operate significant construction or vehicle fleets. (80%)
- Protect and grow existing accounts by staying closely connected to customers and anticipating their evolving operational needs.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand workflow challenges, recommend the right mobile fleet support solutions, and guide prospects from initial interest through to close.
- Build a steady stream of prospects by researching target sectors, leveraging digital channels, and using industry tools to identify and qualify decision-makers.
- Maintain complete visibility of all sales activity by updating the CRM and managing opportunities through each stage of the pipeline.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate smooth solution implementation and ensure new clients transition successfully into ongoing service.
Requirements:Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: Fluent in French and English
Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, commerce, or another relevant discipline
Training: Structured on the job training provided with manager and colleagues
Overnight Travel: No overnight travel required
Years of experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a proven track record
Other requirements:- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confident presentation skills.
