Our client is a respected and deeply trusted service provider in the Tri-Cities community, and they're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to work closely alongside the business owner.
This position starts as a temporary engagement with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Day-to-day administrative support to the business owner
- Maintaining and improving office systems and workflows
- Accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
- Creating and updating brochures and client-facing materials in Canva and MS Office
- Working across Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Welcoming clients with warmth, patience, and sensitivity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Experience in admin or professional services support
- QuickBooks experience (or eagerness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace, and MS Office
- Naturally empathetic and composed. You understand that clients may be going through difficult times
- Organized, discreet, and reliable
- Flexibility to work Saturdays during the initial onboarding period
POSITION DETAILS- Location: Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam / Port Moody), BC
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
- Type: Temporary with strong potential to become permanent
