Job DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Adoption Lead to drive the successful integration, adoption, and scaling of artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and change management, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable value and are effectively adopted by end users.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Enablement- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with business and client objectives
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across functions, while strategically deprioritizing initiatives that do not align with business value
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear and compelling business value propositions
Adoption & Change Management- Lead organizational change efforts to drive AI adoption and sustained user engagement
- Develop and execute integrated communication, training, and enablement strategies to support AI rollouts
- Create scalable adoption assets, including marketing and training materials (e.g., playbooks, videos, FAQs, and reusable resources)
- Leverage a range of communication channels (e.g., intranet, webinars, email) to drive awareness and reinforce adoption
- Anticipate and address resistance, ensuring a smooth transition to AI-enabled workflows
Stakeholder Engagement- Act as a bridge between technical teams (Data, AI CoE, Product, Architecture, Support) and business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment, usability, and continuous improvement
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to champion AI initiatives
- Partner with the Office of General Counsel, Data Privacy Office, and AI CoE to ensure AI solutions align with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
Program & Performance Management- Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, ROI, productivity gains) for AI initiatives
- Maintain documentation of adoption activities, user feedback, and key challenges
- Monitor usage, gather insights, and continuously optimize adoption strategies
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across AI programs
- Provide regular reporting on adoption progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, change management, digital transformation, or similar roles
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or data platforms
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow optimization
Preferred- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation platforms)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Background in consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise technology adoption
Compensation:The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:
$91,000.00 - $109,000.00
