We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on AI-driven content, automation, and multi-platform social media systems.

We manage content across:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• Google Business Profiles

This is a high-output, systems-driven environment — not a traditional marketing role.

Duties

Content Production

• Create high-performing posts using Canva (multiple formats)
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout, and readability principles
• Follow structured templates while improving output quality

Social Media Scheduling

• Schedule and manage posts using platforms such as:
• SocialPilot (preferred)
• Or similar tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, timing, and consistency across accounts

Caption Writing & Optimization

• Write and adapt captions for:
• Facebook (engaging + conversational)
• Instagram (hooks + hashtags)
• LinkedIn (long-form, professional)
• Google Business (SEO-focused)

AI-Assisted Workflow

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to:
• Generate drafts
• Improve speed and output
• Familiarity with tools like Nano Banana or other creative AI platforms is a strong asset

Quality Control

• Maintain consistency across all client content
• Ensure clean formatting, correct spelling, and brand alignment

System & Workflow Improvement

• Identify opportunities to:
• Increase production speed
• Improve engagement
• Streamline processes

Experience

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience managing or scheduling content for multiple clients
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (SocialPilot, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of:
• Content formatting
• Visual design basics (spacing, hierarchy, readability)
• Experience using AI tools in content workflows

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with Nano Banana or similar AI creative tools
• Graphic design or marketing-related education
• Certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Meta, Google, etc.)
• Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment

• Need constant direction

This role is expected to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to scale.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
