About the Opportunity- Collaborating with business partners to understand operational needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Developing data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data (documents, spreadsheets, images, text) for AI applications.
- Ensuring data quality, traceability, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Managing the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including model development, system integration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Implementing machine learning operations practices for reliable deployment, version control, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Designing agent?based AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and multi?step actions to achieve defined objectives.
- Applying modern software development practices, including collaborative source code management, peer review, and structured change management.
- Contributing to responsible and ethical AI use by assessing solutions for fairness, reliability, and explainability.
- Producing technical documentation, supporting design and architecture reviews, and communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
About You- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree is an asset).
- Strong programming skills with experience developing production code in Python.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI systems using large language models and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and operating AI solutions within cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks) for data preparation and scalable processing.
- Familiarity with machine learning operations practices, including model versioning, controlled deployment, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with collaborative development tools such as GitHub for source control, versioning, and peer review.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and maintainable design.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non?technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Professional certifications in cloud computing, data platforms, or AI technologies are considered an asset.
Pay Range$87.58 - $97.58/hr
