We are seeking an experienced AI consultant to advise and assist with the development and implementation of enterprise AI and automation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. Open to consultant to permanent - VP level.
What We Need:Regulatory Awareness- Experience implementing AI or automation within a regulated industry
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory expectations (CIRO / OSC preferred)
- Ability to translate AI risk into compliance and business impact terms
Technical Understanding- Data pipelines & structured/unstructured data environments
- API integrations & system interoperability
- Cloud ecosystems
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- AI model limitations, bias, explain-ability, and auditability
Strategic & Governance Capability- Develop practical AI roadmap with measurable ROI
- Draft governance frameworks and internal policies
- Work alongside Legal & Compliance teams
- Present strategy and risk considerations to senior leadership
Experience- 5+ years leading AI or enterprise automation initiatives
- Proven experience delivering organization-wide implementation
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
