The Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Specialist to join our growing IT team at IPH Limited in Canada. This role can be based in any of our Canadian offices.

This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep experience in Microsoft Copilot and AI agent development, who is passionate about transforming how work gets done through intelligent automation. You will focus on designing, building, and scaling AI-powered assistants and agents that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee productivity across the organization.

Working within the Microsoft ecosystem, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and deliver practical, scalable AI solutions. You will play a key role in embedding AI into day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents and workflow automation
• Design and deploy Copilot and Copilot Studio agents to streamline business processes
• Build automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Logic Apps
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Partner with business teams to deliver scalable, high-value solutions
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and hands-on support
• Track impact (KPIs/ROI) and continuously improve solutions Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or enterprise technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI agents
• Strong experience with Power Platform and workflow automation
• Demonstrated success delivering AI-driven process improvements in a business environment

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and automation mindset
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-starter with a passion for emerging technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset

Compensation:

The base salary for this role will be positioned between $90,000 - $110,000 taking into consideration factors such as location, job-related knowledge, prior experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
