Responsibilities- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for business development and expand client base through outside sales efforts
- Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Skills- Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or retail management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
