What You’ll DoLeadership and Team Development- Lead by example with professionalism, punctuality, and a can-do attitude
- Inspire your team with hands-on coaching and clear expectations
- Build a workplace culture where teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm are the norm
- Stay present on the floor and support the team during busy shifts
Policy and Procedure Excellence- Champion company policies, health and safety standards, and liquor laws
- Train and refresh staff on proper service standards and procedures
Operations and Service Standards- Ensure smooth, organized FOH operations and a seamless flow of service
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, readiness, and a polished guest environment
- Lead pre-shift meetings that set the tone for service excellence
Guest Experience- Connect with guests, solve problems quickly, and keep service friendly and professional
- Make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for
- Uphold and reinforce steps of service with the team
Business Support- Support sales initiatives, special promotions, and efficient scheduling
- Work side by side with the Amsterdam team to achieve restaurant goals
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience as an assistant manager or restaurant leader, ideally in casual-fine dining or a similar setting
- A true motivator and trainer who enjoys developing people and boosting morale
- Strong commitment to service standards, cleanliness, and consistency
- Clear communicator and problem-solver who performs well under pressure
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality
