OverviewTRIZAN is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial B2B IT Sales Consultant to identify, engage, and convert businesses in need of digital transformation.
This is not a passive account management role — you will be prospecting, hunting, and closing. Your focus will be on identifying companies with:
- Outdated or underperforming websites
- Low online visibility and weak digital presence
- Manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows (Excel-driven operations)
- Lack of integrated systems (CRM, ERP, automation)
You will guide decision-makers toward modern, scalable solutions including custom ERP, CRM, automation systems, and digital infrastructure upgrades.
This role is commission-only with a residual income structure, designed for high performers who want uncapped earning potential. A part-time base salary option is available, with a reduced commission structure.
What You’ll Do- Prospect & generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and research
- Identify businesses with inefficiencies in operations, sales processes, or technology
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and growth opportunities
- Present tailored solutions (ERP, CRM, automation, web, and system modernization)
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope and deliver solutions
- Maintain long-term client relationships for residual revenue growth
- Stay informed on digital transformation trends and competitive offerings
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals independently
- Comfortable selling high-value solutions to business owners and executives
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn):
- ERP & CRM systems
- Business process automation
- Websites, SEO, and digital visibility
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Compensation- Commission-only (primary structure)
- High, uncapped commission per deal
- Residual/recurring revenue on retained clients
- Optional base + reduced commission plan (part-time structure)
- Expected earnings range: $50,000 – $120,000+, based on performance
