We are expanding rapidly and need a hungry, driven B2B Outbound Sales Representative to capture new business in the North American market.
The RoleYou will be mentored directly by our Director of Sales—a former nationwide top-selling agent for multimedia print campaigns. We are looking for a proactive "hunter." You won't just be taking orders; you will be breaking down doors, building relationships, and driving revenue.
Your Responsibilities:- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively source new B2B customers through high-energy cold calling, highly personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously enter, update, and manage lead and contact information in our CRM.
- Strategic Pitching: Conduct confident outreach to introduce our core products (video brochures, NFC tech, exclusive raised foil/varnish print, and digital advertising services).
- List Building: Research and build highly targeted prospect lists of marketing directors and corporate decision-makers using online tools.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned outbound call and lead generation quotas.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):- The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the phone. You are resilient, persuasive, and comfortable setting up appointments from cold outreach.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or an SDR/BDR role.
- Language: Flawless, highly articulate English (written and oral). You must be completely comfortable and culturally aligned speaking with corporate decision-makers in North America.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Education: College/vocational or technical training preferred.
