Role SummaryThis full-time position is for a Bilingual Area Sales Manager/ Account Manager - East Coast. The role involves managing client accounts, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, achieving sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction. Duties also include generating leads, managing accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. You will play a key role in expanding the company's presence and market share in the East Coast region.
Responsibilities:- Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique outside sales territory as an Area manager.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales and operational targets by maintaining a high level of sales and marketing activity in the territory.
- Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Generate daily activity with an existent customer base to generate product awareness and sales growth.
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation to drive sales growth and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives across the dealer channel.
- Organize regular meetings with business stakeholders, store staff, and managers, while actively undertaking store visits as a core responsibility of the role.
Qualifications and Requirements:- 3+ years in Sales and Distribution experience is a must
- Preferred experience in Telecommunication industry
- Experience in the cell phone accessories or electronics industry is an added advantage
- Bilingual (English and French ) is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Highly motivated objective-driven, innovative and an exceptional team player
- Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and strong leadership skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a superior client experience
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain organized account management records
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-enabling tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Travel to stores and other territories (approximately 70% of the time) to support operations, ensure alignment, and engage with team.
