What You’ll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in maintaining day-to-day customer service operations. You will manage order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all transactions.
Responsibilities- Accurately enter and manage customer orders and updates within an ERP system
- Review and maintain open orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct
- Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, escalating issues when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and French
- Support customers with product questions, warranty claims, and issue resolution
- Process return authorizations and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as required
- Provide occasional front desk support when needed
Qualifications- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Benefits- Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 annually
