The RoleWe are seeking a bilingual Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team at IPH Limited in Montréal.
You will manage, support, and optimize IT infrastructure across networks, servers, virtualization, desktops, phone systems, and Microsoft 365, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, you’ll support both day-to-day operations and projects.

Responsibilities:- Provision, manage, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, devices, virtualization, databases, backup systems, email, and phone systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID)
- Manage high-availability, backup, and recovery policies
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability
- Resolve IT incidents and support requests related to infrastructure
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Maintain inventory of IT infrastructure and ensure patching/upgrades are applied
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers as needed
- Provide coaching/training on IT infrastructure to other IT teams
- Support deployments, maintenance, or emergency fixes outside regular business hours as required
- Follow cybersecurity policies and best practices to protect IT systems
Knowledge and Experience:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and networking
- Experience with Veeam, Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, Meraki, Fortinet, VMware is an asset
- Previous IT support experience is an advantage
