Job Summary

Western Millennium Collision is a high-volume, full-service collision repair facility. As our operation continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Body Shop Manager / Collision Shop Manager to play a key role in both front-end operations and shop floor execution.

In this hands-on role, you will lead by example—balancing estimating, customer interaction, and production coordination while supporting technicians through the repair process. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow, ensuring high-quality repairs, and delivering a strong customer experience. Duties

• Greet customers in person and over the phone; manage vehicle intake and booking (SGI and private work)
• Write accurate estimates and supplements using Mitchell Connect and related systems
• Communicate directly with customers and SGI throughout the repair process
• Review claims, submit supplements, and ensure proper documentation for timely approvals and payments
• Build and manage repair plans to support efficient workflow and cycle time targets
• Research and apply OEM repair procedures to ensure safe and proper repairs
• Order parts and verify accuracy to avoid delays in production
• Work closely with technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting support throughout repairs
• Monitor job progress, quality, and completion timelines across multiple vehicles
• Perform final review of repairs to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle billing, file closing, and payment processing
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready files and workspaces
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and team-oriented shop environment

$57,639.84-$115,293.58 per year
