The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company's branch, ensuring efficient performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business goals. They lead and motivate staff, manage budgets, monitor sales targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Based in Surrey/Langley area.
Responsibilities:- Lead all in branch customer-facing activities, ensuring high levels of service, issue resolution, and client retention
- Drive inside sales performance by setting targets, coaching team members, and monitoring pipelines
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and accuracy of records
- Manage warehousing operations, ensuring efficient storage, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment
- Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff to maintain productivity and morale
Requirements:- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a branch or operations environment
- Strong background in customer-facing service and relationship management
- Experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehousing processes
- Experience in industrial products sector
Compensation open to discussion in the low 100,000 range plus incentives.
