Creator Warehouse is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to turn great products and creator moments into campaigns fans care about. Sitting at the intersection of content, community, and commerce, this role brings new products and collaborations to life across social platforms and our store by turning audience hype into measurable results like traffic, engagement, and sales.
You’ll work closely with creators, product designers, and the creative team to build product narratives, plan launch moments, and develop platform-native content across Shorts, Reels, Reddit, and whatever the internet decides matters next week. The ideal candidate understands creator culture, can spot a great internet moment, and turn that momentum into campaigns that grow the community and move product.
As a Brand Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties:- Drive brand growth by building and executing marketing strategies across social, digital, creator channels, and e-commerce to increase store traffic, attract new customers, and grow revenue.
- Planning and executing campaigns for new releases, creator collaborations, and limited runs that deliver against launch window sales targets and audience engagement goals.
- Lead social-first storytelling by developing platform-native content across Shorts, Reels, Reddit, and emerging platforms that expand reach, drive community engagement, and increase referral traffic to the store.
- Collaborate with our design, product, and creative teams to develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling that improve product discovery and conversion.
- Partner with the Business team to execute sponsored social content and integration opportunities within the social space to align with commercial objectives and audience expectations.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of product-related digital marketing with fashion, apparel, and lifestyle brands
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:For this position, the typical hiring salary base range falls between CAD $70,000 and $85,000 per year, based on market location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience.
This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits, which together make up the total compensation package, in line with our company’s philosophy to recognize and reward employee contributions.
