As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator with Vancouver Coastal Health you will:
- Provide project coordination and analytical support and the coordination of recruitment/hiring and staffing functions for the designated site on behalf of and in support of the Manager to assist in the achievement of effective client care.
- Assume responsibility for operational daily staffing activities of a non-clinical nature in the absence of the Manager.
- Act as a point of contact and liaises with People Team and other corporate/specialty areas to receive/convey information and represent the interests of team.
- Provide support to the Manager on human resources, staffing, financial and service related issues, policies and procedures; completes and ensures consistent application of directives from People Team, Finance or other corporate service areas.
- Provide thorough review and analysis of information, supports the budget planning and budget management process, and prepares related reports, and coordinates project documentation, project management tools and executive reports for specific Long Term Care projects on behalf of the Manager, allowing for effective risk management.
- Provide proactive support, analysis, advice and input into the development, maintenance and sustainment administrative program workflows and processes.
- Coordinate the production, organization, and evaluation of related protocols and materials.
- Provide guidance, supervision and work direction to designated support staff.

Qualifications:Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a field related, supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years’ recent, related financial, human resource and business/operational analysis and project planning experience in a large, complex service organization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
